Unlocking P4 and A64?

I've never heard of peopeo unlocking P4s or A64?? i tried to google found nothing... do people just change the FSB on these bad boys when they OC?
 
some fortunate people some how manage to get engineering samples of P4 procs....that means the multiplier hasnt been locked by the factory...

i used to have an engineering sample P3 1.2S
that was nice..used to run it at like 1.5Ghz solid
 
All the A64 overclocks I've seen are all FSB, I don't think there's a way to unlock the multi.
 
the a6foe's multi can be lowered but not raised.
p4's are locked unless you know someone as drewb99 stated. :p
A64fx's are unlocked 100%
