unlocking a lock HDD?

I got this older WD 15GB HDD i wanted to use for testing some stuff but i wanted to format it first.

I ran WDs Diagnostic tool on it and went to have it zeroed out but an error "Harddrive is locked can not continue" thing pops up

How can i unlock this drive?
