Unlocking a 466 Celeron?

So I got a 466 celeron machine here on an old made-for-HP Asus MEW-VM motherboard and it runs really cool (no temps but it could probably do without a fan at idle speeds) ... and I figure I could overclock it some ways, except this motherboard only supports 66mhz and 100mhz FSB. Right now the Processor is locked at a 7x multiplier, changing it in the bios does nothing. It obviously will not post with the 100mhz fsb jumper, as that would be 700mhz (that would be nice...) so I'm wondering if there is any way to unlock the multiplier. I'd like to see how far I could get this thing to. So far I have nopt found any way to do it on the web.

cant be done, you can only overclock intel cpu's by fsb, theyve been that way since the p2 300 or something like that.

Oh well... I do have another MEW board that has FSB settings on the board it looks for 66,72,78, etc up to 100, but they are not really there, it looks like the jumpers were intentinally left off and I think theres just a trace connecting two of them. If i cut that trace and soldered across two others I ight be able to bump this 533 (66*8) up to something else, but I can't risk that untuil me new parts come up for unpgrade as this is my main machine right now (horrible isnt it?)

It doesn't matter what you do to the motherboard you will NOT BE ABLE to get 66MHz*8, because the multiplier is locked to 7x.

You could get 72*7 = 504MHz, or 78*7 = 546MHZ, etc.
