no they dont. most have a hole in the base that the stand goes into. old dells office units did, but most dont.Sometimes people think their displays aren't VESA compatible but they are. The stands they come with often use the VESA screw holes themselves or the holes are covered up with a plastic piece that can be removed.
If they aren't VESA compatible it's highly unlikely there is any specialized mounting hardware for them, you have to get creative.
