universal GPU block question..

if one were to use a universal GPU block, how do you then cool the rest of the board? from what i've seen, none of the blocks will cover anything except the center chip, leaving the rest out to languish in the open air.

Some video cards have decent pcb heat sinks that include fins. Most video cards at least have a flat heat sink on the pcb and its not very expensive to buy some cheap aluminum heat sinks to stick on it.
