uninstalling pc tools

tried to uninstall pc tools anti virus but it keeps going to their web site and gives me runtime error. anyone have any idea how what's going on? thanks
 
I know this isn't of any help but but I just went to their website.. Dr. Phil promoting AV software? I would want to uninstall it too.
