uninstall xp in a duo boot

hi my friend gave me his old laptop yesterday
its a duo boot system with an englihs xp on C:\ and an chinese xp on D:\. i want to uninstall the english xp so i can give the laptop to my immigrant mother who can't be bothered to learn english after living in toronto for 20 years.

i dont have an chinese xp cd on hand, so is there a way to just delete the enxp and set the cnxp as the only op system?
