I was curious how one goes to setup uniform signatures for everyone across the domain.
It's SBS 2003.
What I have in their signatures, specific to the user, are the name, direct number, title, and email address.
All of that can be pulled from Active Directory it looks like, as those fields are useless otherwise.
Anyway I can create uniform signature- and AD just populates the fields?
What this is nice for is title changes or things like that- all reflected in their signature.
