So....my fans on my Unifi US-24-250W are rather annoying and Warranty is up, so I figure its time to tear the bitch apart, looking for fan suggestions over the below?

Looking to use the 40mm Nocuta's more than likely....with the adapter plug. Stock the fans in the switch are 2 wire.

Stock fans are "Delta EFB0412VHD" ....
 
What thickness is the fan?

I had some 40mm Sunon fans that lasted forever. Ball bearings gave out after 5 or so years though.
 
It has space for 10/20 and i imagine further if for some reason that was warrented.....Im more interested in sound than anything.
 
Are you looking to lower the noise level? Or are the fans just bad and you want to replace?

Are you willing to mod? Is it in a rack? Do you have room around it? It would be easy enough to mod in some 120/140mm fans and drop noise levels to almost nothing.
