undervolting my panaflo..

so, i have 4 panaflo m1a's running in my case.. two outside mounted on the heatercore and two inside.. i was wondering how i can go about undervolting my panaflo's so they run quieter.. how much cfms would i be losing approx?

i hear the panaflo's undervolted are really quiet.. just wanted to hear for myself.. thanks!

get a fan controller.
 
easiest mod to do is the 7v fan mod.

You basically use the 5v line as a ground for the 12v line and 12v - 5v = 7v. As far as performance lost I couldnt tell you.
