Undervolting Athlon 64...

Just curious if anyone has undervolted their Athlon 64's. I'm running my 3000+ overclocked (100% stable, Prime 95, 3dmark etc) at 2100mhz with only 1.45 volts (1.45 BIOS, 1.48 actual). I can run the stock speed with only 1.40 BIOS, 1.42 actual. I'm just wondering if AMD could actually ship these things at 1.45 volts if they wanted to. They had mentioned about shipping Opterons at this voltage sometime in September if I remembered right.
