understanding bios oc engine terms

i'm new to overclocking and was hoping you might help me understand what the settings in my bios overclock navigator mean? I have the tforce socket754 board w/ sempron64 2600.
what i'm confused about is in manual oc the terms used in bios dont match most terms in oc'ing guides. if u can help i will appreciate it.
 
Hmmm, I don't know exactly how to answer you, could you give me terms that you need help with otherwise read eclipses overclock guide, it's stickied at the top.

Cpu Freq: your front side bus.
HT Freq: What your Front side bus runs at, multiply you fsb and try to keep it under 1000 total (Like 200x5=1000 or 240x4=960)
1t/2t: Ram timings, 2t requires cpu power to run so 1t is faster.
Mem Clock: How fast your memory runs, usually you have to use a divider with higher front side bus speeds.
mem timing: your rams timings like 3-4-4-8
Dram Config: Not sure

CPU mhz before multi (the speed the motherboard gives the cpu multiplied by the CPU's internal multiplier)
motherboard mhz (the speed the motherboard works at)
memory timmings, hard to explain, timmings is already a common term, but lower = better (you'll need to test before running, memtest86 is good for that)
memory mhz (the speed the memory runs at x 2)
more memory timmings, again lower = better, but you better test
not a root menu for the above ? if not, it may contain additional settings, like ecc and etc, but you need not worry about it
a hardware monitor, should tell you temps and voltages
