Undeletable "logs" folder

I have this "logs" folder on my computer's desktop, and now it has gone onto my older computer as well. When I delete it, it will reappear after awhile. I have no idea what it is, and I'm just wondering if it could be a key logger.
 
some app must be creating it.. A quick google says that City of hero's will do it. and I'm sure others

are there any files inside?
 
The new World of Warcraft patch might be doing it, if you play WoW.

Modify the shortcut on your desktop, and set the "Start In" folder to yuor WoW directory. Or just recreate the shortcut on your desktop from the .exe file in your WoW directory. .

That should solve it if it's wow.
