Unable to remove TLB bug patch!!

Just go around to putting my software OC settings in the bios, now I have several issues. The biggest is that while the documentation shows an option to disable the patch ITS NOT IN THE FUCKING BOIS, or least not where it says

BTW this is DFI-790FX-M2RS, latest BIOS update (3-5-08) and such.

WHY would they do this?

I am still trying to figure out why they would do that, I mean didn't they have to intentionally remove it?
