Unable to get digital signal to VX2025wm

Earlier today, I attempted to attach a NV Silencer 5 to my 6800GT. Over the course of my attempts, I became unable to get a picture on the monitor using the DVI cable. I am still unable to select the digital signal using my monitor's OSD.

Could this be a problem with the video card, or could the DVI connection on the monitor be the problem?

Try the LCD on a different computer. Or try a different monitor on that computer

It is a known problem with the monitor. Have you tried both DVI slots (on your card)? Also have you check the cable is in securley?

Use this link, it refers to the VP30 but is the same for the monitor you have.

Yes, mine did this too, just use dvi recover and youll be fine.

DVI Recover didn't seem to work.

I've eliminated the digital signal from the video card as the culprit. I put a DVI-VGA adapter on the DVI port and hooked the VGA cable to it and got a picture. So that leaves the DVI port on the monitor, and the cable.

Hooked the DVI-VGA adapter to the DVI port on the monitor, connected it to the VGA cable and got no picture. I'm going to have to assume that there's something wrong with the DVI port on the monitor now.
