Unable to access online chat.exe?

I was scheduled for a online interview this afternoon at 1pm.

The email is as follows:

To attend, go to: www.mimsglobal.net/room 10-15 minutes prior to the
selected time slot.

Enter your name in the login box using the following format:

a.. JM6-Your_First_Name-Your_State (ex: JM6-Pat-WA)
· If you get a 'screen name already in use' message, put a numeral
just after your first name in the sequence above.

(The access code and room ID are already entered, so leave them unchanged.)

If you are using firewall software, permit the chat client software to
access the Internet.

(Please be aware the conference room is accessible to PC-based computers
only—the online conferencing is unavailable to Macintosh computers at this
time.)

The problem is when I go to that URL, it requires I download this file called chat.exe which I did scan and looked clean. I run the exe and see it loading and then just disappears

I disabled firewall, spybot, spyware guard, etc etc etc...

Any thoughts?
