Hey, I was looking around and didnt seem to find the minimum hardware specifications for the UltraVNC server. I imagine it wouldn't be anything too demanding.

I was wondering if a 1.3GHz Celeron and 256mb of ram running windows XP would do it?

VNC itself doens't require much power.....we used to use it, hmmm..back in the early Pentium II days....if not earlier.

The Celeron running XP with only 256 megs will be your performance bottleneck..depending on what you're running on that machine. May look to use remote desktop instead, which runs MUCH smoother than VNC..gotta be XP Pro on the host machine though, not XP Homeless.
