Ultra Quiet Computer in Cooler Master 340?

I'm looking to build an ultra quiet computer in a Cooler Master 340. However, I have some concerns with the case.

1. Do you think the large front and side grills would allow too much noise to escape from the case?

2. Do you think the hard mounts for the hard drives would cause way too much vibration?

Any other thoughts on what would prevent this from being a very quiet case...

I had this case and had it darn near silent.
Just replace all fans in your system with quiet fans and a fan controller to spin them down when they're not needed.
I mounted my HD with a quiet mounting kit, just google it and many options will come up.
