Ultra Fan Commander Experiences

Just got one of these pretty cheap and am wondering what kind of opinions are out there. Will it control a high cfm Delta fan? Not sure what model I have but it's the one with around 190cfm. It has the individual rpm wire. I'm assuming I can just plug this into the controller and the power molex straight to the PSU. Please correct me if I'm wrong as I don't want to fry anything.
How accurate are the temp sensors- at least read the same as bios?
