Things in red are my problems

First, the xp bar under my name health and energy, I want to disable that because i am level 60 and no longer need it, second is the party health and mana/energy, it is not in the right place. third is the notification on the chat window, fourth is the little icon on the mini map, i want to move it over so i can see my atlas icon.

Anyone have any ideas how to fix these problems?
 
... I would try the developer's website or the game's forums.

It took me 3 times reading this to even figure out what the heck you were talking about.
