My main rig is gonna be down for a bit hopefully will have it back up next week. Looks like the bios got corrupted again. Ordered a new bios chip from ebay. I think I'm going to need to look for a different board. This Asus P5N32-E SLI is just too finicky.
 
Heya Crazy Larry, welcome back to the fold. I have the same board, and yes the thing is damn finicky.
It's retired now from everyday folding, too many problems.
 
Looks like the board is dead got the bios chip but no dice. Going to try breaking the whole computer down and putting it back together to see if maybe there is something loose. In the meantime I'm going to start looking for a new board. Was looking at a evga 790i b-stock for $64.99 (so I can put 3 cards in for folding :D)

Any other suggestions?
