So I'm looking for an mATX power supply to run an AMD 4400+, 2GB RAM, 7900GT, 2HDDS, 1 DVD, and some minor watercooling. Help.... please...

Sure? I really couldn't tell. If what you say is true, I'm going to have to bite. I just don't wanna pay 15% restocking fee because I didn't know.
