Steady Overclocked to 3.20 GHz right now.

PLEASE, I Need to know the settings below in the BIOS to change to OC the computer even more than I have.

If there is something missing from this TEMPLATE UD3P or added that doesn't exist then please tell me about

it, thanks.

Thanks to all, especially you hardcore overclocking gurus I read about all the time.

thanks to everyone else too.

I'm working on tweaking my Q9400 on P45 motherboard as well. I would try increasing your MCH core voltage to 1.3V-1.35V. Also run your ram at 1:1 ratio so you aren't limited by your ram. By the way, how do your temps look (use CoreTemp or RealTemp for cpu core temperatures)?

I've got a Q9400 but on a P5Q Pro.

I only need 1.16 vmch, 1.24375 vcore, 1.26 vvt, .819 vRef, and 400ps cpu skew and I'm 4hrs occt prime stable. Though, anything over 3.2ghz and I too am having a fight. I seem to get close, but still have problems. I can sit on the desktop all day long and go in and out of S3 sleep. Once I really load the system, I get errors and bsod. Doesn't seem to matter what I do.

I have been finding with my board that anything over about 430 fsb and I get clock/voltage cross talk going on and can watch the freq jump around every once in a while in cpu-z while just sitting on desktop. No loads. If I add about 200ps skew, it fixes the problem and helps the stability a little.

Put all mch core settings on auto, mch core will go to 1.20, this is all you will need. set vcore to 1.375, you can try and drop it lower later. set cpu term at 1.28, set cpu pll at 1.57, set fsb 470, and enjoy 3.75ghz, make sure ram settings aren't too aggressive, Dram volts are good, 2.08 is what I use, same ram, and auto the rest. You should be able to get 3.75 easily, no big voltages.

You will probably need to set the MCH up to 1.3V. Some combos take more NB volts than others.
