UD under Wine?

Got some linux boxes I could use for folding UD points...anybody tried running UD under WINE?
Its been my understanding that UD is about to, if not already upgrading its programs.
Linux support, smp support etc.
Might be worth the wait?

Ps. In the meantime you could most definitely use the Linux client for folding
