Ok, so the UD servers are back up. I had to reregister myslef, did anyone else ahve that problem? I re-registered and lost all my previous points, not a big deal, i had a little over 1,000. I looked for my stats, and its says that the [H]'s stats haven't been updated for more that 190 hrs. what gives? Do I need to reregister again?
 
Did you re-register at grid.org, or hardfolding.com? If you re-regged at hf.com, you might need to talk to King_N. Now when I restarted UD after the downtime, it also prompted me with the re-registration box, but I just went through and told it I was registered, my username/password and the boxen name and it picked up just fine and started adding the points.

The point updates through hardfolding are reliant on the regularity that grid supplies the team stats. It's not uncommon for them to go un-updated for a few days after an outage such as the one we had.

 
i still don't ahve and UD stats, and I'm not shwn as a member at the UD homepage at hardfolding.com. Does anyone ahve any suggesdtions, or do I need to ask King_N?

Sorry but [H]ard|Folding can't update the stats when the source hasn't updated them.

at the homepgae it says that there have been members that have joined recently...? oh well, i suppose stats don't really matter, but they are nice to have.

 
That's because when you click the "Join this team" button on grid.org it creates the member record, [H]ard|Folding grabs the stats every morning, during this time it does the calculations on existing members and adds the new members.

However since the stats script on grid.org hasn't been run since the 19th there is absolutely no new info to add other then the new members.


As you can see here at
grid.org you are still listed as 0.

[H]ard|Folding can only update the stats when they are avilable, unfortunetly after the first major problems they have had in the history of the project things are slowly getting back to normal, until they run the stats script there is no info for [H]ard|Folding to grab.

glad i checked this thread. it reminded me to check on my headless box. it would seem that it has been sitting at the "log in" screen for quite some time now :(

should be going again now tho.

tightvnc = awesome btw.

and yeah, UD has been having server issues recently... it should get better eventually tho.
 
Yep, my personal stats on Grid.org are updating like normal, but no team results for quite a while.
