Well, got the rig below last week, and I'm having an issue. It only happens in EQ2 / Matrix Online. I'll be playing, and it'll just reboot my PC, out of nowhere. It could be 10 minutes of play, 5 minutes, or even 30 minutes, and then it just reboots.

I have no idea why this could be happening. I've been meaning to run a memtest86, but haven't yet. Any ideas as to what could be causing it?

Fresh XP (obviously), using SP2, latest drivers for everything (chipset, video, etc).... just those two games...

I can play UT2004 for 2+ hours at 1600 with 4xAA / 16xAF and absolutely no problems. As soon as I play EQ2 for 10 minutes, BAM, hard boot.

How about a little more info?

Cooling setup
Overclocking?
---if so, fsb/multi/voltage?
Memory timings?


Also, did you try running your X800 at stock speed?
 
Try turning off auto reboot in the system/advanced/startup and recovery and that should give you the error message. For what its worth, im in EQ2 beta too and although its crashed a few times, its never rebooted my PC.
