I am running Vista 64-bit on my htpc and when an UAC message pops up my screen flashes red momentarily. It also does this when I switch between windowed view and full screen with Windows Media Center. On my laptop the screen flashes black. My video card is an ATI 2600xt and I have the newest ati drivers installed. Any ideas how to change it?
