I need to know the voltage that the power supply for this modem puts out, and how can you reset these modems.

Its a model 9003 and the manual dosent list the voltage to the power supply , mine got shorted out under my case and I think is fried. I tryed calling usr techsuport but I can never get any one.

According to a white paper on USR's site its 3.3 V DC@6A.

How do you "never get anyone"? I know they answer their phones. In fact I called them last week about a switch and was only in the queue for about 3 minutes.
