U Know RAID? Plz Help

OK, My brother just got a MSI K8N Neo4 Ultra Plat. LIINK

He had a RAID 0 array on an INTEL 875 Link
He setup a new SATA RAID 0 on the MSI, installed windows and is all set.
He went to add the old RAID setup that was in the INTEL so he could copy his data over but it does not recognize the array? Does he have to do something "special" in Windows for the old array to be seen?
The MSI has two RAID controllers. Do the arrays have to be on seperate controllers or can you run two RAID 0 arrays on the same controller? Can your run both controllers @ once?

he will need to hook up the hard drives to the old mainboard and copy the from data there over the network or something, unless both mainboards use the same raid controler it won't work. the old array is not compatible with the new raid controller.
 
The intel controller uses a different on-disk format than the MSI, so you'll have to hook it up to the old controller to read the data off it. Then copy it to different disks on the new controller.

There's no way to just convert to the new format that I know of. You could copy it to another machine first, and then onto the new one, but that's twice the chance for an error. It'll probably take a good deal of space, too.

Of course, you could just take a backup and restore onto the new disks. You do back up, right? Especially important with raid 0.

Secondly, he will have to copy over the network or to DVD.
As far as "You do back up, right?", it is his system?
I am sure he has the stuff he can't dl or reinstall from disks on
DVD or CD. But its not as if he has financials on there or anything?
Do you know if he can run 2 instances of RAID 0 on the NForce or does
he have to use the SI controller also?
