*U cases?

Hello all,

i am looking t buy some U rackmount cases but seem ot be having trouble finding any

i want to redo our server room which consists of system in crap old cases and i want to clean it up, move the systems to rackmount based..


my issues seems ot be all the cases i find come with mobo and PSU's

i am looking or empty cases and want to just be able to put the ATX based systems (5) and 2 extended ATX systems into U cases to rack em up.


anyone have any hints or ideas?

What do i need to watch for when moving a system from a full tower into a U case? is it possible ?

You'll want a 4U rackmount chassis. They're not in Newegg's computer case section, but rather in their Server section. Here's a list.

I am soon to purchase a 5U for my needs. It has a few more drive bays than a 4U.

Make sure you are using a proper rack as most of the regular rackmount cases are not suited for two post racks.

well shipping to Miami since i am in costa rica via a company called Aerocasillias, but legit CC

i made about $1300 in purchased from the Egg over a year, then one day they said no more and that it wasnt possible i had made previous purchased with them as they would of allowd it.... okay, so now you calling me a liar, um, log into my account and look at the address and CC used.... but wouldnt tell me why, till i pried it out of them but thas fine, zipzoomfly and directron have gotten about $20k outta me and my work, your loss newegg.
