Tyring to update my Flash Menu

When I run live update, it says my version is too old to support it and brings me to the Abit live update page. Well, I downloaded the updated file but still get the same message. How can I update my current version so I can use my flash menu for live updates?
 
Also, I downloaded the file and saved it and when I tried to update from the file, I got this message: BIOS file size error.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
 
you sure you downloaded the correct file? if so you need to make a flash cd or flash floppy and flash from dos
