Typing pointer going back few words

So when I try to type on this forum, more often than not the typing pointer where my messages are written suddenly jump a few words back.
It's quite annoying and I don't know why it's happening, but it's only happening on this forum.
And it's actually happening on more than one computer.

Any ideas?
 
You likely have an extension that is causing the issue. Grammerly had bugs that they are aware of but have not fixed.
 
ImI having a similar issue on my phone. when I type it randomly types the wrong character (usually the first in the word im typing) and when I use word completion, it copys all of what I typed in the word already as many times as there are characters left.

Just started recently, not sure if its the ime on this phone or chrome, but I havent seen it on other sites or in other apps yet.
 
We have not changed ANYTHING here on the forums for a good long time. So I am not sure why this is a recent thing. The only other instance we have been able to pinpoint was related to the Grammerly extension, and they basically confirmed the issue was on their end.

Also, I use Chrome browser on my phone all the time on our forum without issue.
