First off, I already searched google and the forum for this, but didn't find anything so don't bash me for not looking ;)

This is probably a noob question, but is there a way to scan a document and then type on it? As in, scan a form and type on the lines where you would normally write and then print it out instead? Can i do this in Adobe or do I have to get another program? Thanks for any help.

The full blown version of adobe will let you do that I think. Its expensive though.
 
Yep in Adobe Acrobat Professional you can create Fillable PDF's. You create the form fields within Adobe and then save the PDF. When a user opens the PDF they fill out the form using their computer and then print it. Works really well.
