So after doing my researhc, I've found that the most commonly used tubing is the tygon 3603. Has anyone tried using other types of tygon tubing, such as the B-44-4X? I found a guy that is willing to sell a 50ft box of it to me for the same price that I can pick up 10ft of the 3603 from DD. I've been looking around the internet and nowhere do I see somebody using this stuff in computer systems, but it is the leading tubing for milk, food, and drinks.... It seems to have pretty much the same characteristics of the 3603 yet it isn't quite as flexible due to it's reinforced vynal walls. It is intended for high pressure tubing, such as that on a dairy farm..... It's also not quite as clear as the 3606, it has writing on the side of the tubing.... It is 1/2" ID and 11/15" OD. He claims a case sells for $90 wholesale but the cheapest i've found online is around $300, so I'm not quite sure what he was talking about with the pricing....
So final say is a unopend case (50 ft.) of 1/2" Tygon B-44-4X tubing for $20. And if you like to try this deal as well, he has several cases avalable and I will be willing to give you his addy if your interested to pick up a case of ur own....
