Here is my proposed build:
Core i7 920 (will OC to ~3.6GHz)
Asus P6T
(2) EVGA NVidia GTX 275 in SLI
6GB RAM
150GB WD Velociraptor
1TB WD Caviar Black
... probably buy an SSD at some point when the prices come down.

I bought the Corsair TX 750 for $99.99, but I wonder whether it will be enough. They have the TX 850 for $129.99. Should I get that instead? Thank you.

If you already bought it I say keep it.

If you are in the US, the Antec TPN for $100 was a better deal though.

The TX750 is enough. The 850W model would give you a little more headroom, but you've still got plenty of power for your needs.

I decided a little headroom would be nice, so I upgraded to the 850W.

Thank you all for your input.

With the 750 you still had tons of extra, but I suppose it could be useful if you keep that PSU for a very long time.

It's hard to pass up the extra headroom. I can't justify the 1100+ psu's, but a little extra is nice.
