TX 750 - fan not spinning?

I have a Corsair TX 750w power supply, and the fan is not spinning inside of it. Here's a link to the exact product I'm using: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139021.

I've read somewhere else that some power supplies will not start spinning their fans unless the temperatures within the computer gets really high. Can someone please confirm with me if this PSU is created to not spin unless needed?

Mine does the same thing, up to a 300w transient load or so (I'm using it as a dedicated 12v supply).

Ahh, ok. Good. Just glad it's not me. Didn't want to have to go through the whole process of shipping it back and all of that.
