PATRIOT ROCKS!

Thanks for all you do for team 33!

Slay the beast! Kill the dragon!

I thought I lurked in the dc forums lol... thanks guys.
That is the rebuild of harbringer...
More cooling, more power, better chips... I can't wait to see what it can do.
Its technically not finished... I have to finish wiring up the fans and put on the vrm cooling.

Its taken me waaay too long to get to this point.
Just ask tear or TheGryphon.

I will see your two words and raise you two words:

START FOLDING!

:D Looking good.

About time slacker mcslacker.

The routing of hoses gets a little busy at one junction, but I like it.

nevermind the xpsc label is right, you just a shitload of rearranging.

Waiting to see if you can break my record:
Code:
* for long time running: 3.525GHz (effective)
* for short time running: 3.600GHz

did you get it stable?
when it is folding stably 24/7 add yourself to the database.

Yes...yes I did.

case is upside down... psu moved to the front of the chassis. board mounted consistent with original chassis orientation.... or btx style...
PSU is not mounted persay... but it isn't going anywhere its quite a snug fit.

I had to drill and tap another 3 holes to change from MEB to SWTX.

fan direction? I really like it!

Intake: front 3x GT-15s, side 1x nzxt 200mm
Exhaust: 2x GT-15s bottom (less dust this way), 3x GT-15s top.

Yes thats over $150 in fans...don't remind me.

Very clean, Patriot, nice job!
Now send me the Tyan so I can put the photos of my custom system too! :D

Good job but I think you need to find a place to add a radiator, I am not sure you have enough. :)

I thought of double stacking rx360s in the front... I have room.
and I could do another 240 on the side or back...

yeah I have thought about this lol...
Mostly because I had 3 radiators to fit in the case and looked at many different arrangements.

Also... updated the rev log. :)

3.525GHz is long-time folding stable for my rig but 3.6GHz is not.
No system crash has been observed for 3.525GHz since current cooling equipment and vcore setting applied. I have finished a full 8102 WU at this frequency without any problems.
As for 3.6GHz, the system would crash when I decrease the vcore or automatically shutdown if I increase the vcore. I couldn't make a balance between them. The H8QGL board or the Corsair AX1200 PSU, I don't know which of them exactly shutdown the system. But I guess it is the PSU. Seems my AX1200 is not so powerful as it advertised, and I don’t know if there is something wrong with its overload protection part.
Higher frequency should be possible if everything is perfect. Hope your new Harbringer could do it!

You are pretty darn close to the max of your psu so I wouldnt expect to be able to go farther...

Also... each 12v aux is rated at 384w and the 24pin at 144w... the wires are only setup to handle 1296w... but the board is probably not expecting it... if you are not cooling down the vrms they could easily be letting you down.

You are hitting all sorts of maxes at that frequency...
but I hope my chips are as capable... though I certainly cant match your ambient.
past ventures ;)

I'm looking forward to seeing some points posted by this thing real soon. ;)

That is pretty dang sweet! What blocks did u use on there? Is it a custom top to fit that socket? MOAR pics are always required :)
