two very different questions, please help...

#1 I got an Asus p4c800-e deluxe and I'm removing the north bridge heat sink cause I'm puttin on a swiftech MCX-159P, by putting on thermal paste alone without actually mounting the old north bridge,will it stick to my south bridge chipset?
#2 Where can I buy some easy-to-install voltage regulator heatsink(s)?

And you should only bump every 6 hours or so... Unless its horribly urgent...

AS5 would not work. It needs to be an epoxy, not a paste.
Epoxy usually comes in 2 tubes, and you need to mix them together to make the epoxy.

If the arctic alumina you mention is the arctic alumina epoxy, then both would work, though the arctic alumia would probably be better. If the arctic alumina is just the paste, then the koolance stuff would do the trick.
