Two systems on a 700W

Alright, I've tested most of my setup and have had no hangups. My 700w Silverstone power supply was able to run two systems at the same time, each with dedicated graphics and multiple hard drives. I've expanded my build a bit and am confident that using the 700w will still work, but I'd be making it work pretty damn hard.

The list of things it will be expected to power:

Gigabye P35 DQ6 motherboard
E8500 overclocked (dunno how high, but with my liquid cooling system I intend to run the vcore up pretty high and see how fast it can go, 1.5-1.55v is fine with me)
8800GTX overclocked
8400GS
4gb (2x2gb) OCZ
Sound blaster x-fi xtreme gamer
Powercolor pci-e tv tuner
Gigabit NIC PCI card
Shuttle G31 motherboard
E6420 overclocked (although it's proven it can do 3ghz on stock voltage, and that's all i require of it)
8800GTS 640 overclocked
2gb (2x1gb) OCZ
Sound blaster x-fi xtreme audio
WD Raptor 74gb
WD Raptor 74gb
Seagate 250gb
Seagate 400gb
MCP655 waterpump
Dtek DB-1 waterpump
6 case fans
2 DVD burners
2 cold cathode inverter boxes
And then, of course, a decent amount of usb accessories I don't feel like listing out will also be hooked into this machine. I don't think I missed anything.

It's a lot of stuff, the 700w will be powering 2 gaming machines in a single case. I've proven the machine at least will boot when I require (after a couple tries where the fans spin up and the lights come on for a second or two, then go off). However after making that list in my head, and again when spewing it out here, I'm worried about having this machine running 24/7 (which it will). I bought a power supply with a single 12v rail (rated at 60 amps) because I knew that would help my stability out, but is it REQUIRED that I upgrade?

If there's any glimmer of hope that my 700w can survive a year or two on this setup, please relinquish my fears. If not will the 850w model suffice? I'm a big fan of Silverstone, I'd like to stay modular, and I have more confidence in single rails, instead of these new psus with 4-6 weak ones.

Also, I'm aware that my lian li v2000 can hold 2 power supplies, but I kinda sorta killed that possibility due to the mounting of one of my radiators. Which I refuse to undo.

And also, just for fun: it actually made me laugh out loud that hooking this machine up to my battery backup surge protector causes it to overload (which it lets me know through very long loud beeps) when I stress the cpu on both machines simultaneously. sIgH...
