Two horizontal lines on my CRT

I just bought a Mitsubishi Diamond Plus 200 22" CRT and it is great except for one thing. There are two horizontal lines going right across the screen. One near the bottom and one near the top. These can only be seen when there is a light background. With a dark background they are not there. Even when the background is white it is barely noticable, but it is there.

Any ideas what is causing this and if I can fix it?

Nevermind. I just figured out that nothing is wrong, it is just by design.
