Two computers dead at same time? help!

okay i have a iwill kk266 motherboard with a 1.4 tbird in it and its running fine. I recieve a old gateway computer with a 1ghz duron in it. i switched some ram around between the two computers and swapped heatsinks.

I put the gatweway motherboard and duron in a new case and fill it with components, start it up and install windows. while its installing, i put the new heatsink on the 1.4tbird. everything looks fine on the iwill/tbird so i power it on. Fans spin, motherboard lights go on, but nothing on the monitor. so i swap video card, try the agp slot and all the pci slots with 3 different working video cards and still nothing. so i decide to let it sit and go back to gateway/duron.

gateway/duron is done installing windows. it works fine except it freezes every few hours, a new power supply fixed that problem. untill 24 or so hours later it shut off and when i go to power on...fans spins, lights go on, but nothing on monitor. do the same video card swap and nothing works.

i have no idea what happened. i hooked up a pc speaker and tried each processor in each motherboard (only had motherboard,processor,and psu hooked up) with each different heatsink. not even a beep from the speaker. tried at least 10 different sticks of ram in each slot and nothing. im completly stumped, its been about a 2 weeks since they went down :-(

CLIFFS:
1)IWill KK266 motherboard with 1.4ghz thundbird works fine
2)Have a old gateway with 1.0ghz duron that works.
3)Put ram and heatsink from iwill/tbird in gateway/duron and put new heatsink on iwill/tbird
4)Iwill/tbird doesnt boot, but has lights on motherboard, fans spins etc.
5)gateway/duron installs windows and works fine for a day, then it turns off and has exact same symptons as iwill/tbird
6)Tried all different combonations of processors, motherboards and heatsinks. Same results and no beeps from pc speaker.
7)I have no idea whats going on and i need help
 
Try and force bios beeps.
Remove either ram or vidio card and boot.
Any beeps, switch off.
Replace and remove other then reboot.

No beeps at all prob means mobo and/or cpu are dead.
