Twinmos PC3200 Overclock?

What sort of overclock settings should I try on with my 512mb of Twinmos PC3200 400mhz?

At the moment I have it set at the default, namley (thanks to CPU-Z)


CAS - 2.5
RAS to CAS - 3
RAS - 3
Cycle time - 8

Cant help feeling its letting down my overclocked barton 2500+ which is running stable at 2.2ghz but not much higher.
