Tweaks to speed up windows default timeouts

I find that many times Windows has all sorts of default's that slow and stall out a computer. It's especially noticeable when you have an SSD and it takes 30 seconds to wait for a network connection to fail before it continues with the logon.

Please post tweaks here.

My few have been

Disabling the AD connection time out from 30 seconds to 1
Disable services that don't need to run or changing some of them to delayed start.
