Ok, we all know about the basic memory timings (CL, tRCD, tRP, tRAS) and how to tweak them but there is very little info about the rest. We can adjust the following settings as well:

Row Cycle Time (tRC)
Command Rate (CR)
RAS To RAS Delay (tRRD)
Write Recovery Time (tWR)
Write To Read Delay (tWTR)
Read To Precharge Delay (tRTP)
Four Activate Window Delay (tFAW)
Write CAS Latency (tWCL)

I just wonder is there any formula to find the sweet spot for these settings. Or do we have to find it out by classic try & see method?

Classic trial and error is what I have seen work to truly tweak them. It's VERY time consuming.

Yes, i thought so. It would have been easier if memtest would work but it doesn't recognize my cpu either...
