TV Tuner Problem

Alright, I was having a video problem with my games so I updated my 9700pro drivers with the new ones available at ati.com. I rebooted and all was good. Now, I wanted to watch some TV so I fired up Guide Plus+ to check out what's on TV. An error popped up stating that my driver hadn't been installed correctly. Weird, I thought.

Anyway, I updated that driver so now I'm running ATI Multimedia Center 9.0 (that's what it says when I fire up the TV player) and it won't play. There are no errors, it just won't even load.

What's the problem?

BTW, I have a ATI TV Wonder VE.

I would uninstall and then re-install the drivers.

Or, you could try system restore-- back to a time when it did work.

As far as I know, ATI Multimedia center doesn't mess with any drivers, only the ATI driver pack does. There are three parts on their web site, one of the drivers, the other of the multimedia center, and the last for something else. Download the newest actual drivers, uninstall your old ones for only your tuner card, then restart, and reinstall the newly downloaded ATI tv tuner drivers.

I just downloaded, uninstalled, rebooted, and reinstalled/rebooted and the same problem happens to me.

What else could be the problem?
