I have been looking on eBay and various internet sites that sell audio cables and cant seem to find the right kind of cable.

What I am looking for is an audio cable ( with composite attached would be even better ) that has one end that connects to my tv audio inputs and on the other end connects to my computers audio outputs.

Without knowing what connectors your TV uses it will be difficult.
You'll most likely need a 3.5mm jack to 2x phono
 
just 1 end would have rca audio connectors and the other end would connect to my pc's motherboard audio connectors
