Recently installed my x700 agp video card, and it runs very well. I have never tries tv-out, and have been trying to set it up without any luck.
I have followed all of the instructions in the manual, but without any success.

Running s-video cable. Enabled tv in the ATI display settings. Nothing coming through on the tv.
Has anyone else had issues with ATI cards getting tv-out?
Any help would be greatfully appreciated. I havent had much experience with this sort of thing.
 
Are you using the supplied svideo cable or a regular svideo cable? ATI uses a seven pin layout so you can't use a regular svideo cable.
 
The supplied svideo cable is 4 pin. The svideo to component converter is 7 pin.
 
Anyone else got any suggestions?
I wouldnt think ATI would supply a 4 pin cable if I needed a 7 pin cable for it to work. (I guess sillier things have happened though)
