hey, i have this tv out dongle from my pny 6200 agp

i was wondering if this would work on my asus 6200 pcie, which only has standard s-video out.
reason im asking is because my old tv only has rca input, not s-video. the dongle has s-video, rca, and composite.
the dongle fits into the s-video out on the pcie card, but i need to know that it would work before i lug my heavy tv down two floors.
