So for for some good while have an issue when connecting PC to my TV as it starts to flicker like crazy .
Tried over 10 different HDMI cables from cheap ones to premium ones and still same issue.
PS4 pro and Xbox one X works perfeclty even when connected with same HDMI.
HDMI cable is 5m long

Any help wold be much appreciated as this issue is becoming more and more annoying.
As well there is link for the video to see the issue better

Then again some days when I set resolution 1080p@120hz it seems to work fine till the next restart and then issue appears again.
So things I tried so far
Switching from RGB/444/422/420
Switching from 8/10/12 bits
Trying resolutions as low as 720p
Completely disconnecting my monitor and leaving just TV
Tried Multiple HDMI Cables

TV Model -SK81000pla 55inch
Monitor CHG70 32inch

Could be an issue with the HDMI port on either the video card or TV. Do you get the same issue if you plug the CHG70 into the HDMI port on the video card? There should be no play in the connector when the cable is plugged in. Often times I see people with the cable bent all to shit at their TV due to the way they routed it. Doing that puts stress on the port and will damage it.

I searched that TV and came up with nothing but I'd bet it's not true 120Hz and I don't know what GPU you are using but go into it's control panel and set the refresh rate to 59Hz (not 60Hz) and see if that helps
