I live in an apartment through my school with 4 people but they only provided us with one digital cable box (from comcast). About a month or so ago I got a message saying "as previously notified you need a comcast digital device to view this channel" then it gives some information on how to get it. Unfortunately, because it's through the school they get a bulk deal and said I can't order another one through comcast even though they said it's free. Would I be able to get one (not through comcast) and have these channels unlocked.
